“I started to use Resilient since January of 2026. I have had several things done by them at the house since then. They are a very good and professional outfit. Vanessa who handles the office appointments is great and always helpful and very responsive. They generally provide appointments quickly (same or 1-2 days) and provide excellent arrival status information - much of it automated through text messages. My technician has been Mat. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and truly provides great service with a smile. Resilient appears to have "assigned" him for my account, which is great - over the few visits, he has come to know of my house electrical circuit layout and electrical panels/breakers. He also conducted a "full home electrical inspection" as a Resilient courtesy for becoming their annual member. That was very helpful as there were a number of things I was unaware of. All in all, I am very pleased with the service Resilient has provided and plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future. Vanessa, Mat and Resilient team - thanks for a job well done!”
