About

Arrow Elite Electric, LLC operates as electricians based in Murphy, Texas. The company started in 2015 and draws on more than twenty five years of hands on experience in the trade. They focus on residential projects including new construction, remodels, and everyday service calls. Homeowners in the area call them when panels fail or when wiring needs updates to handle daily demands. Owner Jay Hall runs the outfit with a straightforward approach that puts clear explanations first. They cover all types of residential electrical needs without overcomplicating the process.

They handle panel replacements after burnout, relocate boxes to bring setups to code, and sort out multiple circuit problems during single visits. Matthew showed up at one in the morning for a burned out panel and came back the next day with Hunter to swap the whole unit. Matthew along with Bradyn and Corbin have upgraded panels, moved them for compliance, and cleared other issues on the same job. The crew also installs doorbells on brick surfaces and walks through options using simple language so homeowners know what is happening before any work begins. They respond to calls at unusual hours and stay until everything meets inspection standards.

Customers consistently mention the quick response times when problems hit, the straightforward way the crew describes the repairs, and the clean results that pass checks without extra visits. Reviews point to reliable arrivals, open talks about costs that stay on target, and solid fixes that hold up. The team shows up prepared for both scheduled upgrades and sudden breakdowns, leaving no unfinished details behind. That steady performance across many jobs explains the strong feedback on how they communicate and deliver. DIRT Score 5.0 from 883 reviews on Finds.

You will not go wrong giving them a call regarding your electrical issues!

TLDR: Installers appeared to have no experience w installed a Ring Elite v2 doorbell on brick and should have just said that instead of doing a sloppy job. Called to have a Ring Doorbell gen 2 installed on Brick. Because it was brick that is why i needed professional assistance. Im in IT and so all the other components of the ring install I understood. Customer service was great, but the execution was horrible. The ethernet and power were already pulled. Arrow Electric just needed to install the mount and connect it up. On the initial install, the person that came out only connected the ethernet, not the power. It seemed as if he was not aware that both could be connected. So we had to call him back the same day to connect the voltage and ethernet so that our internal doorbell would ring as well ( that was the whole reason I purchased the Elite version) After that initial visit (I was in the middle of work) I noticed that the install of the actual doorbell was not flush AND there was no seal around the mount. My wife called and emailed a few time to no response. Life happened and we were unable to follow up. The initial install was in March. I came home a couple weeks ago (June) and noticed a spider leg hanging out of the gap behind the doorbell. To their credit, I called back and they sent someone out within 48 hours. He was completely useless. He removed the Ring to explain to me that because the Brick was not an even surface that the mount could not sit flush. He then explained that he did not feel confident removing the mount because he feared the brick would crack. Cool. I came home today and was irritated again. I ran to the hardware store, got a #1 Phillips removed the doorbell and realized that the screws used to install the mount were PAN HEAD screws (the round top) Instead of flat ( which is what prevented the doorbell from being flush on the mount). The mount was installed with 2 anchors which means that the brick had a low chance of cracking (kudos). I removed the Pan Head screws, installed Flat head screws and torqued it down carefully, testing that the Ring could sit flush. Not only were the wrong screws installed to secure the mount to brick, but there was a orange piece of some sort left behind which could have also contributed to the lack of flushness. As I repaired it I realized that aside from not having the tools and confidence to drill into brick nothing about this install was professional. There was a whole 3rd mount point that was not used cause the Brick cut-out was not as precise as it should have been. I fixed it and still have to seal it. Im sure Arrow Electric is good other things, but this is not their strong suit. My Ring doorbell now sits flush, my brick is not cracked, I'll now go google which sealant to use. I could have saved ~$400.

Matthew came out at 1:00 AM on Saturday night when our electrical panel burned out. He was the only electrician who responded to my emergency call that late. The next morning, he returned with Hunter to replace the entire electrical panel. Matthew and Hunter did an excellent job. Their work was clean, professional, and well-organized. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. I truly appreciate their quick response and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Matthew and Hunter for any electrical work.

This company is absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Matthew, Bradyn, and Corbin who all made this experience feel like a breeze. They upgraded and relocated my electric panel so it would be up to code and fixed several other electrical issues we were having. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They came out quickly and were so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
