“I have hired Daniel two times to assist me with very challenging issues. The first time I hired him, he stepped in and solved an electrical outage in a room that two other electricians previously could not solve. Daniel, who is a master electrician, not only diagnosed but also fixed the problem in a few minutes. Today he solved another problem. I had a double oven that shorted out behind the unit. The oven faulted while it was in self-clean mode. Since the power went out while it was cleaning, the door remained locked after it lost power. Since the door was locked, we could not pull the oven out from the wall because the screws holding the unit inside the wall were behind the locked door. While I was on the phone with LG trying to figure out a way to open it without power, Daniel found a creative way to jimmy the door open. No other electrician would have taken the initiative to go out of his way and do "non-electrical" work to help his customers. If I had hired another electrician, I would still have a oven that would not function. When he removed the oven, he was able to easily make the repair. I have hired electricians many times over the years, and I think Daniel is the most intelligent, resourceful, and hardworking electrician I have ever hired.”
