“I called Jeff Willaby because I had a partial outage. He suggested I start with Oncor to determine if problem was on their side. Turned out my meter base was bad and I called him back at 3pm Friday. Willaby replaced by 5pm on a Friday afternoon and worked with Oncor to get our reconnection rescheduled as well since Oncor had pulled my meter. Power was restored Saturday noon which would have been a much longer delay without his help. We were able to have our grandsons graduation party as scheduled thanks to Willaby Electric.”
