“Phenomenal customer Service. I had a double HVAC systems with furnaces replaced approx 2018 and after spending $19k my master bedroom still wouldn’t cool. The company that installed the new equipment would service the units twice a year, and when I continually told them that the house is t cooling they said the issue was because the ducts were too small when the house was built. After 8-9 years of frustration I reached out to Milestone, (after all, they can fix it in a flash!!). The 2 technician’s met with my husband and spent 2 hours doing a thorough investigation of my complete HVAC system. They provided video evidence of the duct issues what the previous company overlooked. They sent out one of their managers to meet with us, and within 24 hours we had our whole house duct work (2 story home in Rowlett, TX) replaced. It was a 6-8 hour project and from start to finish our technician Jimmy and his crew were polite, experienced and didn’t take break from start to finish. Jeremy, one of Milestone’s managers stayed in contact with us and the whole team (8 crew) went above and beyond. Needless to say, before the complete ductwork replacement, I called our previous HVAC company and fired them. They didn’t give a fat rats ass about the ongoing problems I reported twice a year. 10/10 + Milestone really can FIX IT IN A FLASH! Thank you Jimmy and crew. “Technician Zan was Professional, knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Thermostat was left dangling by a water mitigation company causing a wire to become disconnected and air conditioning to stop working. He quickly diagnosed, fixed the dangling wire safely and secured the thermostat. He went above and beyond his job by changing my filter.”

“He replaced a water line valve and had to turn off the water to the house. He did an excellent job, was super professional and thorough. But charging 310 dollars with a 50 dollar discount for that is outrageous. They waived the emergency service fee and it still cost that much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware.”

“Expert service from William, who did the thorough inspection and tune up of my AC in 100 degree Texas heat. He took videos and explained all my options for what needs to be replaced. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold. Very professional and committed to excellent service. Thank you ! A few days later, Scott came out to inspect my unit and share his expertise on whether an upgraded unit or repairs would make sense. With adequate images and illustrations, I was able to make the best decision for my home and didn’t feel upsold. I am confident with my decision to invest in a new unit that will service my home for years to come, which is compulsory in Texas’ extreme temperatures. Milestone employs competent experts who care. This much is obvious. Finally, Timothy and his team came out the same day to install the new AC system. I am amazed how much they accomplished in one day. They added a new vent to my ceiling as well.
