He wired up a couple outdoor lights and some outdoor outlets as well as reconfiguring many lighting elements on the inside of the house. He discovered our electric panel was all out of whack and was basically a fire hazard. He showed us how the circuits used were way overpowered for the wires in the wall which is a fire hazard. He also spotted many other things which the original house flippers did wrong. He came back out later in the week to fix all the fire hazard issues.
