What Customers Say
“Very disappointed with my experience. I paid significant upfront costs to establish electric service about two years ago, including paying for poles and a transformer. After my power was disconnected, I called asking if there were any options or help to restore service or waive fees. Instead, I was told an additional $300 deposit would be added due to late payments. I was never clearly informed that a deposit could be required later on after service was already established, which made this feel unexpected and frustrating during an already difficult situation. I understand bills need to be paid on time, but I expected more transparency and better communication about policies and possible charges. Better clarity and customer support would go a long way.”
“Went to visit mom, and she informed me her pole light had been out for a long time. Set up an appointment to have it changed out, in no time flat they were on in. Said don't worry, we will take care of your mom. And they did. She was so happy. 80 years old, she was scared to walk outside after dark, now she won't stop talking about her bright new light.”
“Bill was 98 dollars was charge 110 because I forgot to pay it. Called and requested some help was told to pay the 210 and to get ready because I was also going to be hit with a 300 deposit. now I was already in the negative now I’m really negative thanks. Don’t forget to pay your power or they’ll hit you with a 110 reconnection fee and a $300 deposit”
“When I called to transfer services over to my name from a former owner, I was assisted by Cindy. She was polite, respectful, and helpful during the process. I am very excited to work with Bluebonnet Electric after dealing with unreliable, untrustworthy electric companies in the past. I highly recommend this company!”
“When we call, they respond. Minimal outage during 2021 freeze.”
