“Prime Electric is great. They responded quickly to me, Angel was super helpful in answering my questions and setting up the appointment (and rescheduling as needed). George and Kenneth came out, did exactly what was needed, and were professional and courteous, answering all my questions and doing a fantastic job with both the installation and clean-up. I got a wall charger installed for an EV which required opening up the breaker panel, replacing a breaker, running a line through the wall, and hardwiring the connector in my garage. All this at a very competitive price. I would recommend Prime Electric without reservation for anyone looking for any electrical work!”

“After speaking directly with the owner, Ben, I wanted to update my review to reflect the full experience. Ben is a great owner who truly cares about his business and his customers. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain his perspective, and acknowledged how the situation felt from my side. It became clear that there was some miscommunication on both sides, as well as the electrician following company procedures that were not fully understood at the time. This was not the owner’s fault. What stood out most was Ben’s professionalism and willingness to make things right. He was respectful, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving our experience. That level of customer care deserves recognition. I’m happy with how the situation was handled and appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. Because of this, I believe he has earned a 5-star review. But I will give no star reviews to his electrician Patrick based on my bad experience. If you ever have a concern or less-than-ideal experience with one of their electricians, I recommend speaking with the owner first. Sometimes miscommunication is the main cause, and they are willing to listen and work toward a fair resolution.”

“Appointment delayed one day, poor communication on delay hour before appointment canceled . Price for service changed from what the office manager informed me. She said $200 minimum . . Tech on arriving said $100 to look at job. Will charge $100 if do not agree to contract to do work. Price was extremely high , talked $ 800 , then said $675, then agreed on $600 for extremely easy 240 V installation , 10 feet from box , no drywall or other obstructions , first floor . SB $400 max job . Need to know what price should be and not be in a hurry.”
