I called at almost 5pm for my AC, which had completely died, and they were able to send out someone within the hour (not to mention how friendly and helpful they were on the phone!) Manny came out and got my system working, but he also gave me a selection of estimates for moving forward since my AC is ancient and still running on a coolant that was phased out years ago. Manny was completely wonderful! There was absolutely no pressure for me to decide one way or another, but he worked hard to get me the best deal he could and gave me time to think about my options. “These guys are great. They put in my system while I was out of state for years and rented my home out. I didn’t get to see the work they done replacing my system till a few years later when I moved back into my home. It had a cosmetic issue about the installation I didn’t like but lived with it for the past 4 years. “​ My personal experience with an employee consisted of being ran into the curb while their van came into my lane trying to side swipe me while I was traveling parallel in my vehicle. Unsafe driver! I was lucky enough to avoid a major accident. Whoever was driving north on Bullard between encanto and Indian school at 6:12 pm on 6/18/26 needs to go through a proper driving course and maybe learn how to put the phone down while driving a company vehicle. In the picture he knew I was going to take of him as he pulled up next to me, he appeared to be clapping. I know I did a good job avoiding your poor driving.”

“We arrived home from a trip to find our AC blowing warm air. Searched for an AC company who provided 24 hour service because it was Friday evening and triple digit temperature. Made a few calls with no luck. Our call was quickly returned and Angelica was so accommodating and reached out to a tech. We were kept updated on arrival time and who was arriving, to include a photo of tech. Within an hour Enrique arrived. He was very professional and personable. “Gary Garcia was here at the house to repair our struggling AC. We had heated up to 88 degrees. He checked us out in the house then went on the roof. He brought us lots pictures and we discussed what to do. We will need a new unit eventually but for now we are fixed and cooling back down to a more comfortable temperature. “I had purchased a maintenance program for my HVAC and plumbing. AQ HVAC came out and performed an assesment of both showing the plumbing in good shape but some recomendations on our a/c system. About 2 months later my a/c started to go out as their evaluation said being a 20+ year old unit it had some issues but I wanted to wait as long as we could. They provided a fix it "band aid" repair for the old unit when they did the maintenance 2 months prior and also quotes on two new systems, one being a top of the line newest technology and another being a premium unit current model. I decided on going with the premium a/c unit, although I believe the step up unit could have saved me some on my electrical bill.
