“We had a great experience with Turn Electric. Steve and Daniel were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They even arrived early, got straight to work, and completed everything efficiently while still being very thorough. We originally scheduled them to update several outlets to GFCI, and they did an excellent job. Throughout the process they took the time to explain what they were doing and why the updates were important, which we really appreciated. They also pointed out a couple of things we may want to consider in the future, like installing a 240V outlet in the garage for EV charging and adding grounding to our tankless water heater. What stood out most was that they weren’t pushy at all—they simply shared helpful recommendations and left the decision up to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
