“We were having issues with our spa tripping the breaker. I purchased my Spa from JR Spa, shopped local. JR Spa repair guys came out to assess the situation. We replaced the breaker and that wasn’t the issue. We had to go through all the steps to find out what the problem was. It took a couple of weeks to figure it out. Then, we got a bad replacement part!!! So frustrating. However, the repair guys reached out for outside help and they all put their heads together to find a solution! We now have a working spa! The guy in the office, Joe, is wonderful. The repair guy was difficult to communicate with, but we figured it out. The owner was extremely helpful and patient. I am grateful!!!”

“JR's Spa repair worked great for me. Transparent pricing, prompt and good customer service. I appreciate working with professionals. Patrick is great, He had to come out three times to completely fix my hot tub. 1st time my stupid self had the hot tub empty ( because it would not power on and water was stagnant) you can not diagnose if there is no water. 2nd he fixed my blown breaker had the parts on the truck told him I suspect there is a temperature issue too but that could not be tested until the water heated up. 3rd he fixed my temperature sensor that showed the water was 89 and it was actually 111.9 He also tested and fixed my high temperature sensor. I hope I do not have to use them for a while but if my hot tub breaks again they will be who I call.”
