About

Durable Specialties Inc handles electrical work from their spot in Grand Prairie, Texas. The crew takes on wiring jobs and power fixes for homes and businesses across the area, with contacts like Patrick Bryan and Keith Fox listed for reaching the office. Based at 2302 Paddock Way Drive, they stay active in local electrical needs where suburban setups and older buildings often require attention to keep systems running. Grand Prairie weather can strain panels and lines, so these electricians show up for the steady calls that come from daily wear or sudden outages in the neighborhood.

Their jobs put trucks out on roads like Singleton Blvd where one worker parked across four lanes of traffic, and crews have blocked intersections during rush hour without cones or signs according to drivers who saw the setup. Reviews mention trucks cutting through grass on job sites and causing damage while crews handled electrical tasks, with some calls to the office going unanswered when issues came up. A few customers noted honest men doing the work, but the pattern shows electricians moving between sites without always planning the traffic or site details that homeowners expect in a busy city like this.

Customers have flagged weak communication when the office does not pick up after incidents, along with safety lapses that affected how fast and clean the jobs ran. Quality draws some credit for straight work from the positive notes, yet price and overall results suffer from repeated complaints about crew conduct on the road and at sites. These patterns across the reviews explain the standing. DIRT Score 2.62 from 15 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

You need to practice better traffic safety, your employees are out here in the middle of intersections blocking lanes with trucks using no cones, no signs, and at the start of rush hour? Your convenience should not come at the risk of my safety or your employees.

I just saw one of their workers who was parked on Singleton Blvd. 4 lanes of traffic. He was peeing essentially in the middle of Singleton. Called to report to company no answer. So if you hire these guys, they don't have the decency to go to an inconspicuous spot to relieve themselves. They will just passing the street.

Honest men doing great work

Just had one of their trucks illegally drive through grass and caused damage. Trying to call office but no answer. Calling police.

Troy is the office mgr and has a great personality.
