About

Dytek Electric works as electricians based in Waxahachie, Texas. They run an operation that supplies electrical parts and handles service needs for people in the area. Homeowners and contractors turn to them when they require breakers, components, and other materials for jobs around the house or business. The location makes it convenient for those dealing with typical electrical issues that come up in Texas homes, like weather-related problems or upgrades to panels. Their setup allows quick access to items without long waits, and they focus on getting the right stuff for the task at hand in Waxahachie and nearby spots.

Electricians at Dytek Electric provide parts like main breakers for panel work and other supplies needed on site. When a customer needs something specific, they confirm availability and have it waiting upon arrival, as seen when one caller got their item ready without delay. Jose C. handles many of the orders personally, making sure everything is set for the day and keeping a steady flow for business users who stop in regularly. This covers jobs from simple replacements to larger supply runs for ongoing projects. They operate in a way that supports both do-it-yourself fixes and professional installs around town, focusing on having stock on hand for common Texas electrical demands while dealing with quotes that sometimes sit above retail prices elsewhere.

Customers keep coming back because of how fast the response comes when parts or help is needed, earning top marks on speed. The environment stands out as more welcoming than other supply spots, with the team ready to assist on electrical supply requests day after day. Some note higher costs on certain items like breakers along with occasional mix-ups, but the quick service keeps them as a go-to choice for many in the trade. What Customers Say

I needed a part and called they had it ready by the time I showed up great service!

Hate to give bad reviews but I was quoted almost $300 for a main breaker. I advised the girl on the phone that Home Depot had it for $130 and was confused at why so much higher. She said she could not do anything about the price and their prices are fixed. I had my tech check the Aledo location since he was out there and they only charged us $108. Not sure why they are trying to charge 3x the cost of their own fellow branch location and Home Depot. We like to support our local area branches but cannot do if they are price gauging their contractors. Very disappointed

Not worth going here. Too many mistakes and wouldn't recommend this store. Customer service is really bad here. Don't care how they treat the customers. And too many mistakes being made.

My go to electrical supply house for my business. Jose C. always takes care of all my orders and has things ready to go. Him and the team make the place inviting and it’s a very friendly environment vs some other supply house locations I’ve been at.

First time buyer from this store, cannot be more pleased by the experience, Rick, Jose and Allen were so knowledgeable and helpful, even processed warranty on behalf of manufacturer right in the store! A reliable supplier for professionals as well as DIYers.
