“Called for service. The older lady was very unpleasant. I still set up for service as it was an emergency and I have 18 apartments without cool a/c. The took the appointment and she said they would call me.. that was early. At the end of the day I called to follow up and was left on hold then told they would call me back. Never happened. I called the next day to follow up and was told they would call me back.. I tried once more towards the end of the day and was told "we're too busy so no we're not going" !!!! After having me waiting for two days. Would not recommend”
