“I cannot say enough great things about Herring Electric. Jackson did an outstanding job upgrading my older lighting to modern recessed lighting throughout my bathrooms, hallways, and living room. The results exceeded my expectations and completely transformed the look and feel of my home. What impressed me most was Jackson’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. He suggested adding dimmer switches, which was something I had not even considered, and it turned out to be a fantastic upgrade. At the last minute, I also asked about adding a bathroom fan and replacing two old bathroom exhaust fans, and he had no problem incorporating that additional work into the project. Jackson’s work ethic is exceptional. He was professional, respectful, punctual, and always willing to answer questions or discuss ideas. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I also want to recognize the owner, Cody. He was great to work with throughout the process and truly appreciates those who have served. As a military veteran, I was grateful that he offered me a military discount, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks to the kind of person he is. I highly recommend Herring Electric to anyone looking for quality electrical work. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. “So I was in need of an electrician for a small outlet in my home. This happened to be the day right after a major storm. So every other electrician was super busy. I was not able to assist, and I needed somebody immediately to help. I was given the number for this company and I called and I got Cody on the line, Cody walked me through the process of wiring this outlet without. Charging me. I was completely impressed with my know.How and with his guidance?We got the job accomplished.This company went way above and beyond.Doing what they need to do to get a job done and such a short time pinch. I'm very picky about recommending companies to people. Because you don't know what kind of good rapport they have are, what kind of values and morals the company has, will this company has it all? And I greatly appreciate that especially coming from a business that deals with customer service. These guys were top-notch. I give a huge shout out to them. “Herring Electric was very easy to work with, showed up on time, and Jackson explained everything he saw and was fixing. He found what he thought was the initial issue, corrected it, and things worked great for about an hour before we had issues again. He immediately came back out and found the next underlying issue and fixed with no problems and we’ve had no issues since.”

“Had a wall oven that needed to have wiring rerun. That work was done fine. The only problem I have is when they removed the oven and set it down, they moved the oven around and dig deep gouges in my flooring. Should have placed protection down ehen foing that.”
