“Apparently I am not the only one trying to get ahold of this company. Their system is set up on purpose the way that you can not talk to anyone. I was told by Home Depot that they are coming tomorrow and will let me the day before the time frame. Nobody called me and it says in their recording that they are closing in 15 minutes. I left 2 voicemails, and called probably 10 times. Nobody is picking up and nobody called back. I am currently holding to talk to someone at Home Depot. Why in the world does Home Depot is using this company is beyond me.”

“We bought an AC Window Unit from Home Depot. We paid an extra $125 to have someone install the AC window unit. Metro Installation contacted us about 2 days after we received the unit. The installer came out, said we needed an extra board to fill in the gaps. So we went back to Home Depot to have a piece of wood cut to the specs. I have called numerous times, left voicemails, and even chatted with Home Depot about getting this company back to our house. Home Depot called and left them a voicemail too. So far, this company has not called back to reschedule. I even texted with the installer to see if he could help in getting us rescheduled. I am at the point where I am going to contact NBC5Responds to help us to get this issue resolved.”
