“I'm updating my review from four years ago. I've continued to use Texas Star Services over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their work. I recently had AC unit #2 fail. The unit was over 16 years old. Since I've been using Texas Star Services for several years, I gave them a call. They promptly arrived on time and checked out my AC unit. Their recommendation was to replace the unit. They provided a reasonable estimate. A few days later Kevin, Texas Star Services owner, and his assistant showed up at my home with a new AC unit and commenced installation. Needless to say I'm very happy with the excellent work performed by the Texas Star Services team. They completed the work on time. I trust Texas Star Services to maintain my AC units because they are knowledgeable, dependable, meticulous, honest and reasonable price their material and labor. He told us what was wrong, gave us an estimate and the very next day he had the parts and equipment and repaired the AC unit. No fuss no muss. Price was very fair.
