“I’m contacted this company office five days and told they would call me back to let me know simply where I was on the waiting list, I’ve received crickets! Told wonderful things about this company. I was looking forward to having a pleasant experience and I understand it is the beginning of summer and everybody needs a work but a simple return phone call……”

“Called them about low freon and a possible leak, they came out, were there for less than 15 minutes, added freon, and didn't bother to check for a leak, now I'm out hundreds of dollars and still have the same problem (hot blowing ac) 2 weeks later. Granted, I was at work, so I couldn't say what didn't need to be said. My wife was home, but ac pros should know better. If a system is low, there is a reason.”

Well, when something doesn't work consistently and it should, something is wrong. All of this within days and it's finally fixed! There is no excuse for allowing what happened to happen. She spent continuous money on a problem that was never solved. This other company had it resolved instantly and thankfully she now has consistent heat. There is no excuse for anyone to have dealt with this so long, but especially the elderly.”
