“I just wanted to say thank you. I’m new to this area and was super nervous about this ice storm and power outages. Our power never went out but unbeknownst to me, I guess our meter was reading low voltage and a TVEC truck showed up on Saturday morning and let me know that they’ll be switching out the transformer for a bigger one to fix the issue. I didn’t even know there was an issue and TVEC had already sent guys out to fix it. I was thoroughly impressed to say the least and it put me more at ease about the storm. Thank you so much!”

“I've noticed all the negative reviews but I can personally say I've never had any issues with this company. I've lost power maybe twice in the 4 years and the response time for repairs where with in 2 hours. Tvec is a great company.
