“We had a mysterious electrical issue that caused dead outlets in our bathrooms, family room and a couple of other outlets. We had another electrical company come out a few weeks ago, thought the issue was resolved, but the outlets went dead shortly after they left. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for Ron to come out from R2 Electric to do a diagnosis, but it was well worth the wait! Ron gave us his recommendation for repairs and made a second appointment for 3 days later. It took him an hour and a half to replace some outlets and run down a loose wire. He was so determined to fix the problem for good and he did! We highly recommend Ron with R2 Electric!”

“During the walk through stage they seemed knowledgeable and experienced so we hired them. After that it was like a different company showed up…. They were full of excuses and broken promises on a daily basis when they decided to show up…. They are unorganized and have terrible management skills. Here we are 18 weeks later and they still aren’t done. Terrible communication ! I definitely would not recommend hiring them.”
