“First American Plumbing provided the absolute best service and professionals I have ever come to my home. What an amazing company! Santiago is profession, polite, on time, well-spoken and driven do get the job done. I asked for a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and two new commodes for both bathrooms. He gave me suggestions and let me choose what I wanted. In order to complete the job in the same afternoon, he asked if he could bring a second plumber to help install the items to Which I said “yes”. Santiago gave me an estimate which was within my budget, picked up the items from the store and together with Matt completed the installation, removed the old commodes, sink and garbage disposal and left all three rooms spotless. That’s the kind of service I love to report. First American Plumbing is well with your investment. The best I have the privilege to have in my home in over 35 years of home ownership.”

“Cesar is amazing and he did what other technician's wouldn't. He is a tech and someone you could really be friends with. HONESTY or lack of, had been a problem with a couple companies I've dealt with for things needed for the home and for vehicle. Cesar was honest, patient and this is an edit to my review just so I can mention more about him. We were his 6th call on a hot day. Our indoor unit is in the hot attic. He never once acted frustrated with questions, explanations and he just made an impression on me. He was the second technician sent by Copeland to go over what the first one failed to do; it turns out. He left with our air condition working and with a quote for a replacement we will need soon. This company will be a very large and successful nationwide company faster than most companies usually accomplish these things. “Want to give a big shout out to Matt and his crew at 1st American Plumbing. Have come to my rescue twice now. First time was back in May of 2010. Had called a HVAC repair man for a clogged drain line that went to an upstairs sink. HVAC repair man cleared drain line but caused upstairs sink drain to clog up. After a few attempts to unclog the sink drain the HVAC repair man left and said I would need to call a plumber. This was already late in evening and the sink was filling up constantly due to AC condensation on a humid day. A friend recommended Matt and came to the rescue. After they arrived they attempted to unclog the sink drain pipe. The clog was pretty stubborn unfortunately and the bad design on upstairs sink pipes didn’t help. They ended up having to remove the big mirror in the bathroom and open the wall to get to plumbing. Once open they got it unclogged and put everything back like nothing happened. Totally saved the day. Second time was just recently. Wife noticed water flowing by water shutoff. 1st American Plumbing to the rescue. What was initially believed to be a water leak later turned out to be a sewage line backup. 1st American Plumbing was able to clean out t”

“With the Texas heat in full force, our AC decided to quit at the worst possible time. We called Copeland Heating & Air Conditioning, and they sent out Alex—hands down one of the best technicians we've ever worked with. Alex was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also honest and upfront about what needed to be done. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ready, and got our system running again in no time. What really stood out was how clean and respectful he was while working in our home. “Santiago and Zayne made the start of my spring break less stressful! My water heater went out and they came and attempted to fix my old one but it was beyond repair. I appreciated that they explained all of my options and wasn't tired of me " hovering" over them with questions🙄🤷🏽‍♀️. In the end, I needed a new one and they installed it quickly and same day! “This initial issue began last year around August and I had Milestone Plumbing to come out and replace the faucet. A few months later, the same issue occurred in January and water started leaking under the sink. I called Milestone and the technician came out, and told me the dripping water started because of the way I washed dishes. Over the weekend (March 10, 2023) water was dripping underneath the sink again. 😩 I was referred to First American via American Home Shield regarding my sink dripping issue. Santos and team came this afternoon to review the issue; and diagnosed the issue immediately. Luckily I didn’t have to pay for the part and only the initial service fee.
