“Can someone please help me? My common law husband of 7 yrs has been in this facility over a month and half and hasn't made commissary. And now this past Friday he was told by the morning nurse that his antidepressant pill was expired and for him to contact his provider. His medication Isn't out of date cause our local pharmacist made sure it was delivered to the jail he was at before he moved to this facility. Who can do I contact? How can I file a COMPLAINT?”

He’s been there for at least 3 weeks and has been constantly trying to get my name and address information so I can be on his approved visitor/sender list and still nothing! He needs comissary money but like I’m not on the system I can’t do anything!? Why do they make it impossible for the family to be able to send at least comissary money! I’m about 10hrs away and can’t do much but call them. When I call the lady at records sounds annoyed at me for calling has even hanged up on me and can’t give me a straight answer other than I’m not on his list!? Can anyone help me!?”
