I also needed the outlet lowered on the wall so that the plug would not hinder pushing the slide in model all the way to the wall. Tam comforted me by explaining of my house's adequate wiring for my new stove and moved the outlet, all on the first visit. Came same day after my work day hours and was reasonably priced.
