“Michael with ADT was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything about our alarm system in a way that was easy to understand. His customer service was exceptional, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Michael did exactly that. “Reed was very informative about what we were purchasing. He offered numerous products for our new home and we ended up going with the doorbell cam and the nest cam in the corner of our home. This service came with motion sensors inside the home including on all doors and windows and we have total control through our phones when it comes to arming and disarming. Reed was very pleasant to work with and we are still shocked at how low our monthly bill is to have such an incredible system. The only thing I had a problem with was the doorbell camera that was installed, (not by Reed) has a chip in the middle of it. It’s been like that since it got installed. So there’s a giant blur in the middle of our front door recordings. 10/10 recommend ADT. We feel so much better living in a new neighborh”

“SCAM 🚨 Bulldog leaned in heavy with the Google home devices, we got 3 for free and only had to stay with ADT for 1 year. At the 1 year mark ADT stated that Bulldog set us up with a 3 year agreement and it would be $1000 to cancel. It was explicitly explained to us it would be 1 year by Bulldog. Read everything these guys are showing you on their devices. I did not see or obtain a copy of the full contract until I tried to cancel. It was also not available on the app. You will also have to jump through hoops to get to ADTs cancellation. All around disappointed with Bulldog, the installation, and the fine print scam they are running.”

“At first I thought I was doing myself a favor for working with bulldog. SKIP YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and just work with ADT directly. It’s been a month of back and fourths. Technicians make so many promises then don’t show up for the service appointments. It’s been a whole month of back and fourths and I’m still waiting for service to be completed. It’s been the most horrendous experience working with bulldog. If you’re in South Texas do not work with this region.”

“The installation process was not properly organized. It was not explained that we needed to select color for the keyless lock and then the installer did not have the color we wanted. Also, I was not informed the wifi was needed; therefore, the installer had to come back a second day with the color lock and arrived prior to WiFi installation. The installer was pleasant and friendly but we thought the extra options were included. It was going to be another $3000+. This was very disappointing and frustrating to think we didn’t get the entire service coverage we thought we were getting.”

“This contractor supposedly installed ADT at my home, promising all of these extra features that they never delivered on. Nobody ever came out to finish the installation, and yet I keep getting charged month after month when the only thing they did was install two door sensors. None of the window sensors I was promised, no interior camera, none of that. And if you try to cancel and stop getting charged for a half delivered product, they will come at you and say you owe the rest of the contract regardless and have to pay in a lump sum to cancel the service. I'm so disgusted at how these people took advantage of me trying to buy my first home. Avoid these predators and go with anyone else.”
