“This shop is extremely unreliable and didn’t take accountability. We needed a new motor, we asked for the price of a used one. The owner and manager both told me there was no such thing as getting a used motor. So we ebelived we ere getting a brand new motor, Not only did they take way longer than we were told, there was no communication. We finally picked up our vehicle December 1st and here we are, not even 4 months later and we’re told by another mechanic the motor is faulty and it’s not worth fixing. This shop tells us there is only a 1 month warranty for a motor we paid $5k for.”
