Coolsys Commercial & Ind Solutions Inc
Electrician · Houston, TX
About
Coolsys Commercial & Ind Solutions Inc is based in Houston, TX where they work as an electrician on commercial and industrial projects. They take on jobs that involve electrical components for various business systems around the city. Houston's mix of industrial sites and commercial buildings means they deal with setups that support daily operations in a hot climate that puts extra strain on equipment. The company positions itself for larger scale work that keeps facilities functioning without interruptions from electrical problems. Local demands include keeping power steady for operations that run around the clock in the area.
They respond to calls for fixing commercial ice machines by swapping water filters and declaring the issue resolved even when the machine stops after a couple hours. Technicians have argued with customers over whether the problem was truly addressed and admitted lacking experience with specific models like arctic temp units. In one case a tech showed up late and spent time on personal calls using profanity instead of focusing on the task at hand. Company trucks have been spotted tailgating on local roads like Hardy Toll Road at high speeds while drivers handled exits poorly. Phone staff have hung up on callers trying to reach someone for service questions.
Customers have reported problems with how the work gets done and how the company communicates. Issues like technicians arriving late, acting unprofessional during visits, and staff hanging up on calls show up again and again. The low marks reflect poor performance in getting jobs completed right the first time and handling interactions smoothly. Speed and quality suffer when crews do not stay on task or listen to what the customer describes about the equipment. DIRT Score 1.77 from 14 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“An employee of theirs in a company truck tailgated me on Hardy Toll Rd 12/19/2021 around 5:50pm while I was already going 80mph. He then passed me going even faster. He exited for 610 west tailgating ANOTHER car for exiting going the speed limit. If this is a sign of how their company operates…. smh.”
“Called them out to work on a comercial ice machine. They changed the water filters and said it was fixed. I told him that it was not fixed it works for two housers then quits. He argued with me about it. I asked him if he had ever worked on an arctic temp ice machine before. He said no but he knows ice machines. 2 hours after he leaves ice machine does not work. I had to call another company in to fix it. Then I get a $300 bill for him being here 30 minutes and not even fixing the machine”
“Tech was late, unprofessional, and talked to his friends on his cell phone the whole time (loud and with profanity)”
“Good morning, please talk to the people you have answering phone calls, they are hanging up on you. Thank you.”
