What Customers Say
“I recently had Courtesy Electric out to troubleshoot a complicated electrical issue in my older home. I can’t say enough about their professional and dedication. They diagnosed the problem, testing different possibilities and explaining what they were doing along the way. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about getting the job done right. If you are looking for electricians who are knowledgeable and committed to quality work, I would highly recommend them.”
“Courtesy Electric is very professional, friendly and does high quality work. I have had the opportunity to work with them for over 10 years and Dave Meyer and his whole team are exceptional.”
“Ryan and his team have always been responsive. They installed a great backyard sound system for us, but also keep the existing components running smoothly. I will continue to use them.”
“The company came out to check on an issue with the house (that was user error). I had work done on unused breakers to add outlets in my basement that didn’t touch the rest of the house. Unasked the guy told me that it “wouldn’t impact my warranty” and for 200 bucks they’d come back out and fix something the others did, no problem. Just to call. Ok sounds good right? I get an email almost right away from my warranty rep telling me I’m now out of warranty because of the work. I would have been fine to be told that was the case. But to bring it up, lie, and then go and immediately like tattle? Bizarre. Would never ever use.”
“Not a safe company. We purchased a Shea home 6.5 years ago. Courtesy did the electrical. Not only did they do a horrible, lazy job, but they created several safety issues. They mislabeled our breaker box. When I asked them to come label it appropriately so we can safely work on our house, the electrician said “that’s your job”. There are several switch boxes in our house that have multiple breakers running to them. This is incredibly unsafe. Thankfully we have enough knowledge of electrical to work around this incompetence. If you are looking to hire an electrician, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. It will save you multiple future headaches!”
