“I would not recommend this company for any project that requires planning, communication, or follow-through. My experience started with a simple electrical project, and even that seemed to require two technicians and an entire day to complete what I believed was a relatively straightforward task. Despite that, I gave them an opportunity to quote a standby generator installation. For weeks, I was repeatedly told that a quote was coming “any day now.” I explained that I was trying to complete this project before my son was discharged from the hospital, making the timeline especially important to my family. Unfortunately, the quote never arrived. I was also told that the owner, Michael, would contact me directly, but that never happened. Instead, I received excuse after excuse, with no clear communication, accountability, or follow-through. Every conversation left me with the impression that my project was not a priority. At the end of the day, I wasted weeks waiting on a company that continually promised action but failed to deliver. If you need a simple repair, you may have a different experience. However, based on my experience, I would not trust this company with a larger or more complex project that requires organization, responsiveness, and reliability. The most frustrating part wasn’t the delay—it was the repeated assurances that something was being worked on when, in reality, nothing seemed to be happening.”
