“Tried using Diamond for several jobs that needed an outlet installed for tankless water heaters. They operate so weird. To talk about a specific job they want you to have a job id number rather than giving an address or phone number. Finally got them set up to go to 3 seperate jobs that needed outlets installed for their tankless water heaters and they no call no showed on all of them. Never received a phone call from them and when I attempted calling them I was told a manager would get back to me and they never did. Got tired of the hassle and went with a different electrical company.”
