“After seeing a listing for ESP Staffing Service in a Facebook group, I decided to apply. I immediately went online and submitted a general application, then came in the very next day. When I arrived, I wasn’t sure at first if I was in the right place because things felt a bit tight, but I was greeted right away by the front desk staff. She was very nice, courteous, and guided me through what to do before asking me to have a seat while I waited. While I was there, someone who appeared to be a manager came in and was actively rearranging and organizing the office. She made the decision to pause interviews for the day to make sure everything was safe and no one could get hurt. As a former safety tech, I really respected that it showed awareness and care for both staff and applicants. After waiting, I was called back by a recruiter for a one-on-one conversation about my résumé. She asked questions, gave me the opportunity to explain my experience, and was very clear and transparent about their process. She explained that most of their positions are temp-to-hire and that their goal is to match candidates with the right companies to maintain strong retention and performance. Although I have experience in the industrial field, I was more interested in strictly temporary work, so at this time it wasn’t the best fit for me. That said, I truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and respect shown during my visit. For those reading reviews, I will say this, presentation and professionalism matter. “Very Rude, I wouldn’t bother pick another staffing agency. I understand dress code is highly enforced understandable but I was Literally at the end of my application and the delivery of letting me know my dress code wasn’t appropriate (small stomach showing) made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed she could’ve politely told me “hey next time u come in this is our dress code” instead she pointed at the door and told me the dress code is right here but there door was propped wide open and I was Greeted at the door no one said anything when I first Walked in & not paying attention to the posted flyer on the door wall enforcing dress code. It felt like a waste of time and gave very “stuck up” “entitled” energy. Just nasty energy please go elsewhere.”

“Very rude manager. Didn’t seem very professional. Was just minding my business and she decided to teach me a “quick life lesson” how bout you worry bout yourself and getting people thru your front door. Was very empty inside. I used to be with the company in the past and thought I’d recommend someone but my fault for trying to get you guys business. Also she makes it seem like she’s doing me a favor by allowing the person I recommended to apply “ I’ll let you apply but next time” please there’s like 4 other agencies in the same building as you. You need to knock yourself down a few.”
