“We had our 22kW Generac whole house installed recently. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Generator Industries for your Generator needs. I will say they provided a detailed scope of work and timeline which they adhered to. Communication in that respect was very good. When we talked with our salesman it was the original plan to trench to the generator for electrical and gas lines. After discussing the cost, we were told the gas and electrical could be run “on the surface” saving us a considerable amount of money by not trenching. So we agreed to the “on the surface” installation. What wasn’t told to us is the last 5’ from our house to the generator had to be trenched. We had to be out of town when they placed the pad and generator in the location agreed upon. Based on what they told us that gas and electrical was going to be on the surface we did landscaping adding artificial turf laid up to the generator pad prior to gas and electrical being run. So, bottom line, we have to hide the lines, fortunately they are visible to anyone but us. Second problem. Our house is a new build, only 5 months old. When electricians showed up they removed the main panel on our brick exterior wall to install the new; problem is that the panel was recessed into the brick wall much left a gaping hole where the old panel box was. The new panel box wouldn’t fit in the hole so the electrician just moved the new panel box to the side which covered part of the hole but not all of it. We ended up asking the construction superintendent to look at what they had done. Generator Industries tried to blame the builder for the problem. Thankfully the builder had the brick mason come to fix the problem. Generator Industries did nothing to help with the problem they created. The generator was successfully started up, orientation completed, now we will see how reliable Generator Industries is when it comes to service and maintenance.”

“Update 2: Another excellent service by GI! Trevor Le, our technician, completed the required maintenance and systems check to ensure we are ready to go at the next outage. Trevor provided a professional review of the work and completed the documentation for our records. We are very satisfied with GI's service after the sale and highly recommend them! Update: GI scheduled our bi-annual maintenance and Christian our assigned maintenance technician showed on time and immediately got to work, changing the oil, spark plugs and checking the system. His professionalism and easy to understand communication style was greatly appreciated, once again verifying our decision to use Generator Industries was correct. After the Great Freeze in mid-February 2021, we made the decision to avoid future life without power scenarios and called the Generac 800#. Generac referred us to Generator Industries of Pearland (GI), and we made an appointment to get a quote. Keith showed on time, surveyed the site, made recommendations based on required gas/electrical location and we finalized an “All Inclusive” agreement with a down payment and payments at achieved milestones. Keith was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. We live in Pearland, TX and the city permitting, and inspection departments are very challenging to deal with. I had spoken to several people who had issues with getting their equipment installed and I felt like doing business with a local company may speed up the process. My intuition was spot on. GI’s Project Manager, Jared Porche's team pulled the required permits. The quality of the work was exceptional and easily passed ALL inspections. Upon completing the installation GI scheduled a “Start Up” appointment and Brandon, the GI Tech explained operation, maintenance and performed a complete operational check out. The Generac 22KW passed with flying colors. Several weeks later Hurricane Nicholas came through. We did not lose power, but we sure slept well knowing our generator was ready to go. The whole process was “top notch”. There were no hidden charges. No surprise up-charges and I would recommend Generator Industries of Pearland to anyone wanting excellent service at a reasonable price.”

“I can't stress enough how much I would recommend these guys for your generator needs. From the time we welcomed Mr. Dennis to the presentation and how he measured our home for the right generator, having every crew out to our home when they said right on time, to Ms. Trinity coming in early just to relieve us from having to call the electric company for the disconnect window. Ms. Trinity also went above and beyond making sure on keeping us updated on every step of the way on what was going to be happening and making sure that our schedules would coordinate. And finally, Jared coming to do the final walkthrough checking every connection and panel, every reading and one of my personal favorite...polishing the machine while he was walking me through the essentials of the unit. The company really does delivery on everything that they say they will and when there is any concerns to be addressed, they are quick to respond. Now, my wife and I lost our home to a house fire a couple of years back, and after having dealt with several crews that it took to build my home from scratch, these guys were efficient, respectful and their customer service and level of satisfaction we received was beyond what we expected, which is very, very hard to say about hardly anybody in today's market and their ethics. My home and my family were treated with the upmost respect and the entire project was a breeze. And so, because of all of these reasons, I'm giving these guys 5 stars and definitely recommend anybody in the area for all of your generator needs, thanks!”
