Had a great experience today when looking for a part of my schultz compressor, although the part was obsolete they were able to sell an alternative and helped me over the phone with troubleshooting it. “THEE worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!! We called on 2/13 tech was suppose to show on same day, didn't show up until 2/15 because they were "so behind" tech goes out to location and notifies us that he needs to order a part and takes off. Today 2/20 I called the office to get an eta on the part and when the tech will come back out to service our compressor. The office team are CLUELESS. Part had not been ordered nor does the office follow up on the next service date but sure will give you an estimate price on what seems convenient to them when they have NO IDEA what they or their techs are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY COMPRESSOR SERVICE!!!”
