“Harv’s Electric has provided both new construction and a big remodel for our family. They are professional, highly skilled, honest, and understand the needs of their customers. From a major new installation to a big remodel, they were responsive, provided creative solutions to some challenging issues, and were easy to deal with. They understand new technology (Wi-fi fixtures, LED lighting, and energy-saving devices), and work well with the other trades on a big job. They get 5 stars from us and we would use them again if needed. If you are in Kewaunee or Door County, they are the electricians to call. Pricing is fair and they stand by their work. Just used Harv’s Electric again to install a whole house propane generator. Professional and high quality workmanship as always. If you need electrical work call Kory and his crews. 5 stars again,”

“I called Harv’s, the beginning of March this year, to have one of our street lights on our property checked & possibly changed out to LED. I was told Norm was very busy, but they would put us on the list. I called again on March 20th, and was told we were on the list for the ladder truck. After waiting patiently for another month, I called back on April 24th, and again was told we were on the ladder truck list, and that Norm was very busy. I asked for an approximate timeline, and was told they couldn’t give me one. We kind of forgot about it over the summer, because the light would occasionally go off during the day. My husband called just last week and the girl that answered said Norm’s been very busy, and it’s just him, and made excuse after excuse. When my husband reminded her it’s been over 6 months, she started laughing, and making more excuses. Her laughing pissed my husband off, and he asked why she thought it was so funny!! She started stammering, and said it’s not funny, and she started apologizing. We do NOT recommend Harv’s Electric in Kewaunee. Unless you have no problem waiting 6 months or more, and enjoy being laughed at when you call to complain.”

“Had an appointment for 10:00 AM, they called and said they running a little late, said would be coming around 1:00. At 12:30 they pulled in the driveway. Finished the project in short order. Very professional and well equipped and when I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised. This is a first rate outfit. I am a retired general contractor.”

“I was originally told they would come out early in the morning (7am) to install a garage heater. We were forecasted to get a snow storm and they then told me because of the storm and the fact that school was cancelled they would be canceling my appointment. That day we didn't get any snow until late afternoon. There is an argument about the school overreacting to the forecast, but for a business to overreact as well it's poor service. I contacted them about not showing up and through some convincing someone did eventually come. The employee who came out seemed very annoyed he had to come to work. His "finished work" was very sloppy and appears unprofessional. I was told that due to cold weather they couldn't finish until a warmer day. Several months later and no one has come to finish the project. I'm a big fan of supporting local business but after this experience I'll never even consider them to step on my property.”
