She was exceptional, since champion energy services had the system transition change I have been having issues accessing my account online for MONTHS! I called several times and each time the agent would tell me there is nothing they can do and will just send me my bill via email. I do not want to be calling to pay my bill, I want to be able to go to my account, track my usage, analyze my bill and pay it. The last agent did not even do anything even when he said he would escalate the issue. Now Ms. Craig, she understood my fustration, very calm and professional. She escalated the issues and even called me back to make sure I could access the account. You HARDLY find this kind of accountability and fidelity in today's world. A lot of the time, it's only me that lives in this small house, but still that's incredible! I sure hope it stays at a very low rate, because if it does, this company has me as a permanent customer!
