About

MMT Enterprises Llc operates as a local electrician based right in Houston, Texas at 5506 Chennault Rd. They handle electrical work for homes and properties across the area, focusing on practical fixes and installations that keep systems running safely amid the city's demanding conditions. Houston's mix of older neighborhoods and newer builds means electricians like this crew deal with everything from outdated wiring to upgrades needed for modern appliances and heavy air conditioning loads. Their location near intersections like Chennault and Cherbourg puts them in reach for quick responses to calls from nearby residents facing daily power demands.

Electricians from the company handle jobs such as panel replacements, outlet additions, and troubleshooting circuits that fail during peak summer heat when humidity spikes and storms roll through. In Houston the constant moisture can corrode connections over time, leading to frequent calls for lighting repairs and whole-home grounding checks after heavy rains. Technicians address issues like overloaded systems from multiple window units running nonstop or wiring damaged by flooding that shorts out breakers. They work methodically through homes, testing loads and replacing faulty components without unnecessary delays, often arriving to restore power in properties hit by the area's unpredictable weather patterns that stress electrical setups year round.

Customers note strong results on speed when responding to outages, solid quality in the repairs that hold up through humid conditions, fair pricing on parts and labor, and clear communication about what needs fixing before work starts. These points add up across the feedback to show reliable performance on typical residential electrical tasks. DIRT Score 0.98 from 10 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

The pump at a gas station owned by Motiva and branded with Shell (4845 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX) malfunctioned and covered me in gasoline on December 15, 2024. It was in my eye, nose, mouth and all down the front of my body right before a Christmas party/ birthday celebration (mine). The staff refused to let me use the restroom or help and instead pointed to the soda fountain water…. No help was offered and no one has refunded my gasoline. My clothes were ruined, my car reeked of gas from riding home in them, my night was ruined and I had to go to the doctor for my eye. I submitted a full complaint to shell for reimbursement of damages and have not heard back from anyone at Motiva. You can expect to hear from a lawyer soon.

On March 27th of 2023 I was attacked physically by an employee named Chelsea. The attendant gave me the wrong change, and when I brought it to her attention she accused me of trying to get extra money. ( besides the change I had only 100 dollar bills). When I confronted her about the change, she followed me outside of the store, opened a bottle of water and threw it on my back. When I turned to face her, she then literally jumped on me and grabbed me around the neck.. I fully intend to sue. However I have been ran around shell says that motiva is responsible and sent me the information to contact them. However, the phone number is not in service. Because the attendant filed false charges on me and attacked me physically. I intend to sue for $1,500,001. Don't trust these companies. An update will follow.

My son Isaiah Williams, got gas from a gas station that provides shell gas who is supplied by Motiva, the gas was contaminated and he had to pay out his pocket over 600 dollars to fix his car, we reach shell customer services on 2/4/22 presented all the proof of this damage for reimbursement, mind you we posted on social media and several people commented that they encountered the same issue roughly about the same time. Shell customer service sent claim to their contamination dept and the contamination dept sent all the information to MOTIVA ENTERPRISES LLC, I called Motiva and they claimed they are not affiliated with Shell, they dont know what I am talking about. Which I know is a lie, I got their information from a customer service rep from shell customer services, now each time i call to inquire when my son going to get his money back from their contaminated gas the phone always busy. My next step is to call THE NEWS AND REPORT THIS TO EXPOSE MOTIVA ENTERPRISES LLC AND SHELL, IF I DO NOT GET A SOLUTION BY APRIL 15, 2022.

Wholesale supplier to independently owned Shell stations across Houston, after a fill up that contained a substantial amount of water my Subaru WRX suffered approximately $6,000 in repair bills. Motiva has done absolutely nothing except ignore the claim and physical proof.

A charge on my credit card I didn't make
