“My experience on a rainy day afternoon, I arrived to Houston MRI west location running late. However, I was gracefully met with a lovely face, a warm smile that appeared to be expecting me. I appreciate that I had a private room to change my apparel. The office was quiet, neat, clean. The staff members were professional and patience. I give you ten points for being an asset to the community. Please continue we need you in the area. Thank you.”

I was a little apprehensive and Heather talked me through the process and it went great. She was kind and helpful. I will go here again when needed.”

“I am concerned about my health after I did ultrasound at this location on 06/15 . The room was not cleaned , and I noticed the trash was full early in the morning. The ultrasound techn has 1 glove on and 1 glove off . I believe she is did not change her gloves . The tech did not respect my privacy. she enter in the room without knocking when I was taking my clothes off . She came back later and tried to rush me to dress quickly after the procedure. I felt something is off when She did ask me to insert the probe with my bare hand . No gloves given . I am definitely getting tested. This facility did not follow heath safety regulations.”

“The scheduler was absolutely wonderful. The tech that ran the ultrasound was absolutely wonderful but the problem was is there was a rush, put on the order and they agreed they would send it out and they didn’t and so for something so serious like a blood clot they did not do what they said they were gonna do and made us wait through the night and it was just disheartening and then my doctor finally had to call them. I had to call them and they had input the wrong information of my doctors and it took them like two times to get it right so just not very efficient and whoever communicates so that gives them only a three star I don’t know if they’re privately owned but they need to really educate their staff to say hey we’re dealing with important health issues and we need to make sure that we under promising over deliver unfortunately they made a promise and they didn’t keep it”

“Everything went smoothly. From the kind front desk to the MRI tech who always made sure I’m okay althroughout the procedure, I really felt the patient care from them. Also before my appointment, I always receive a reminder through text, and since they also have the link for me to put my info and upload necessary docs, when I got there all I had to do was do a short checklist of health history and then go through the procedure right away. No long wait times.”
