“July 18, 2024!! Thank you to your team!! We have power!! The remaining group of us just got their power back!! Thank you to David and Arthur with North Houston Pole Line here in Houston for turning our power back on! It was a blown transformer!! Thank you! Thank you!!! We are thankful! They told us that we would have power in an hour and half and they meant every word!! They also said they wouldn’t leave until we got power and they kept their word!!! We lost power due to Hurricane Beryl!”

“This company does contract work for Centerpoint Energy and did damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility. They were installing a new pole around and above my vehicle when they dropped something on my car causing a dent. I have video of their trucks and workers all around my vehicle at the time of the incident that even shows some metal items right next to where the damage was done to my vehicle. Called Centerpoint and they referred me to this company whose contact reached out and refused to take any responsibility. Hopefully, Centerpoint takes my complaint and forces this company to be responsible for the damage done by their works.”

“The lack of concern that North Houston Pole Line has for the safety of residents in Floresville is WILD. We have had two incidents in two days due to the reckless and clearly inexperienced drivers who see a dirt road as a private landing strip for their vehicles.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Reckless drivers Merged onto the left lane without paying attention and almost hit our suv with our baby in the car!!! When we honked to get their attention both males in the truck proceeded to flick us off. If this is who your company hires I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody.!”
