About
Relevant Industrial, Llc works as electricians out of Houston, Texas, taking on industrial electrical tasks in shops and plants across the city. Houston's heavy manufacturing and equipment yards keep crews busy with motor controls, panel work, and power systems that support big machines. The company has taken calls tied to air compressor repairs, including warranty jobs referred by Ingersoll Rand. A small business owner once contacted William at the outfit to arrange a tech visit after giving card details upfront to speed things along in a hurry.
They dispatch technicians for on-site fixes to compressors and related electrical components, plus supply replacement parts when systems break down. Customers have described handing over payment for parts only to receive items that failed right away, followed by no help fixing the problem. One shop owner reported getting billed around a thousand dollars for a defective piece with no recourse offered afterward. The process often starts with requests for payment information before any tech gets scheduled, and work focuses on industrial setups where downtime costs real money in a place like Houston.
Reviews show repeated problems with how bills get handled and parts perform once installed, along with poor follow-through when things go wrong. Homeowners and shop owners flag high costs that do not match the results, plus quality issues that leave equipment still broken. Communication comes up as a sore spot when promises about support fall flat. These patterns across the feedback explain the low mark. DIRT Score 2.61 from 13 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“FRAUDS! Beware ! If you like getting burned on your bill call these guys. Relevant was recommended by Ingersoll Rand for our compressor under warranty. I was told by William at Relevant he could get a tech out to my shop if I gave him my CC Info first. Being a small business we hurried and did to lessen our down time. When his tech showed up, he literally laid eyes on the machine and stated there was a small crack on a pipe from the pump that he would not fix. After over 2 weeks, I had to hunt down my invoice from this company through William to find out I was charged nearly $630.00 ! Not only was I charged for the minimal labor time (even though nothing at all was done ) but I was charged for 2 hours of drive time ! There was never any conversation on drive time only labor. When I asked William about the drive time charges he stated it was in the small print of what I signed with my CC info. He also stated he would refund me 1 hour of drive time because they over charged me. I still have not seen any refund, or have not had any emails returned from William.”
“These people ripped me off for $1000. Sold me a defective part and then didn't stand by their product. Never buy from these people. Not even if you're desperate.”
