Solar 820 Llc
Electrician · Houston, TX
About
Solar 820 Llc works as electricians out of Houston, Texas. They focus on solar electrical jobs for homeowners around the city. Their work covers solar panel handling and related power connections that come up often in this area. Crew members step in when systems need attention after roof work or when owners want to access their accounts online. The business handles the electrical side of solar setups that Texas weather and home improvements demand. Local houses often call them for fixes that keep panels tied into the grid without downtime.
They remove solar arrays ahead of roof replacements and put them back once the new roofing is done. Staff like Everett walk customers through re-establishing portal connections and sorting account access when the interface gives trouble. Marissa helps pull contracts and sets up online portals so owners can track their systems. Jobs include reinstalling panels after delays and sorting billing steps tied to the electrical work. Electricians show up to handle the wiring and mounting that keep everything running once the roof crew finishes.
Homeowners note the crew gets jobs moving when panels sit idle in backyards and give clear steps on account fixes. Reviews highlight quick responses on portal issues and steady help with contracts even when internal steps drag. Communication stands out when techs like Everett and Marissa stay patient through the process. Price and quality hold steady across repeated calls for solar electrical repairs. DIRT Score 4.09 from 1752 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Every time I've called before I talk with representatives who are limited in their ability to answer my questions. Yesterday I spoke with Everett, and he was able to guide me through the process of re-establishing a connection to the customer portal, as well as navigating the less than intuitive path to find historical billing information. Everett is the only person I've ever spoken with who sounded like he thoroughly understood all aspects of the business. Great service, thank you.”
“This review is for Spruce Power as a company, not the individual customer reps I spoke with. I recognize they are limited by the company's broken internal processes. I want to say that I don't like leaving negative reviews based on a single bad experience, but this is based on a pattern of egregious support that I believe borders on a breach of contract. I want to echo what many other reviewers have stated regarding the complete lack of email responsiveness, missing follow-ups, and an entirely unreasonable timeline to resolve critical issues. We have been trying to resolve a hardware failure for weeks with no end in sight. Also, don't bother emailing their "Customer Advocacy" team. I reached out to them almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received a single reply. If you are a potential customer considering this company, please do your research and be fully informed. We did not have a choice in the matter, as we purchased our home with this contract already attached. While Spruce Power might be able to handle a simple billing issue, the moment your actual solar hardware fails, good luck getting it fixed in a reasonable timeframe. They will endlessly bounce you from rep to rep, telling you to wait a week, only for you to call back and hear the exact same script. All the while, your system is down and you are stuck incurring massive utility bills. To Management: Do better. Whoever is managing your third-party installers process needs to figure out a better, more efficient workflow. If your team cannot handle this logistically on the back end, you should allow your customers to contact an approved list of installers directly and expense the costs back to you.”
“Spruce Power has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve dealt with. I paid them to remove my solar panels for a roof replacement. After my new roof was completed, I paid the remaining balance on June 4 for reinstallation. Weeks later, my solar panels are still sitting in my backyard. Every call results in the same response: “Someone will call you back.” No one ever does. Meanwhile: • Wehave lost weeks of solar production. • Large solar panels have been left in my backyard, creating a safety hazard for children and my dog got cut because of protruding equipments. • There has been no communication, no schedule, and no accountability. They have taken all the money and now gone silent. I’ve written multiple emails but no response. They need to resolve this immediately before I pursue formal legal action and consumer complaints. I tried reaching to their CEO Chris Hayes on LinkedIn and X but there also no response. I guess it is the culture. I am now stuck with the solar panels lying in the open in my backyard. No production, dangerous conditions for children and pet and theft. #Solar #CustomerService #ConsumerRights #SolarEnergy #SprucePower Spruce Power Chris Hayes”
“I called to obtain a copy of my contract and to set up my online portal. Marissa assisted me with both items. She was friendly, patient, and efficient. A lovely person to work with!”
“I had 34 questions I needed the answers to so I can list my house for sale and have the answers to when asked by potential buyers. Ana was awesome! She was very patient and knowledgeable. Anything she didn't have the answer to instantly she found. She ordered all the reports I need and sent information about the equipment that I need. She is very kind, best customer service I've received in a long time from anyone! Give her a raise.”
