He took the time to explain the issue, provided a detailed breakdown of the work needed, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His pricing was very reasonable, and I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding—friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for someone reliable and trustworthy, I highly recommend Zach and Universal Home Experts. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs!”

“Ricky P was our technician today for our AC unit. Actually I would say our EXPERT! We always ask for him because of his knowledge and also because he is an honest person. He gave us numerous options at various cost levels. He also patiently explained the pros and cons of each. We are spending more money to go with a replacement because he explained that there is currently a change happening with the coolant. Due to that it makes doing a partial fix risky if the unit were to fail again and coolant was no longer available. He spent a great deal of time with us which we greatly appreciate. Ricky works hard for his customers and he is the reason we have chosen to stay with this company for years.”
