What Customers Say
“Joel Shutt and Chris Maner were very helpful and informative with all recommendations and decisions to be made. Chris was quick to respond to questions/concerns I had. Joel was very willing to explain/educate me on the repairs/replacements that needed to be made and why they were so important to perform. Will easily use them again for any future HVAC needs.”
“I called Village Plumbing, Air and Electric when my furnace went out this weekend and it had gotten cold. The company was very helpful and scheduled a licensed technician to come out immediately to address my problem. They let me know ahead of time who the technician was and even sent a picture. The technician messaged me when he was on his way. My technician, Ramiro, was an excellent technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly. And explained to me everything that happened to my furnace. He also gave me pointers as to how to help me maintain my furnace in the future. I was very happy with my service. And I will definitely call Village Plumbing, Air and Electric for all of my future service calls and routine maintenance calls. I will also definitely request Ramiro. I appreciate he was patient answering all of my questions.”

“Every morning I watch the news, and almost every morning I saw a commercial for Village Plumbing. The ad says how much they value thier customers and offer great service. So when i needed 2 toilets I had already purchased installed, they were the first to come to mind. First they charge you a service fee just to give you an estimate, where most companies give free estimates. Imagine my surprise when the technician showed up almost an hour late. I showed him the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, he then went to tapping on his little tablet, talking how signing up for the maintenance club saved me 10% off. Then he hit me with a total of over $1500 to install 2 toilets. Shocked was not the word, it is literally 2 bolts and a wax ring and a hose. I was offended and angry that this company preys on people that do not know they are being duped, and charges that amount of money to do a simple task. Then I remembered all the great reviews I read about work they had done, and thought, those poor people got totally taken advantage of and paid way too much for service. Don't be fooled by their commercials. Do your research, paying prices like that are what keeps these companies charging amounts like that. I ended up paying a third ($500 for both) of what they quoted me through a lesser known company, and they did a great job. So don't think you are out of options put a stop to price gouging! They only charge these inflated prices because people don't do the leg work on getting estimates. They trust what they see on TV and think this and other companies are honest, well, they are not.”
“The guys did a great job identifying the issues with my existing panel, and giving me a nice clean installation on the new panel. They also ran a dedicated circuit for a mini split unit. Very well done!”
