“This review subject to change on a future contract. As a subcontractor company to Wood Group, the proposal, accepted, agreed, had terms and conditions that were completely ignored. If you are a small to medium business; highly encourage significant review of PO against your own proposal terms prior to signing and accepting the work. Currently we are +24 days overdue on a critical payment and counting. Exercise significant due diligence prior to extending credit.”
