“Be aware of this company. I have used them for years. Prior to 2022 they were great, once they were acquired by this private equity company it went down hill. Woodland AC came out to my house and installed a new AC unit for $18000 last year. I called them back as the system did not cool properly, they suggested a very expensive fix an additional $3000. I had my doubts, and called another company for a second opinion. Second company comes out and told me that the installers had closed the dampers. Cost $100 to come out and open the dampers. My other house is having AC issues. I called woodlands AC again as I have used them for years and thought maybe it was a mistake. They come out to my other house and suggest new AC again. I called this other company back for a second opinion, they told me “your AC is fine” just need a small fix for $250. I never used woodlands AC after this. If they tell you that you need a new system or expensive fix call for second opinion. My neighbor had the same problem with them.”

“We had a tankless water heater fail on us. I called my usual plumbing company and they had no availability for even emergency service. I was even on their paid membership program. Well I called The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning and a senior technician was available immediately. Mr Ray was thorough in his repair assessment and explained clearly and showed me exactly what failed and how it could be repaired. He called the factory rep to have the replacement part delivered overnight. My wife and I decided to replace the unit as it was at the end of it's warranty. Mr Ray provided us with reasonable choices and never pressured us to purchase. The price was Excellent. The following morning Mr Chase and Mr Tyler were right on time and ready to work. They were very friendly and considerate and worked quietly and quickly. They took great care to keep the area clean and answer all of my questions about the new unit. I am so very pleased with The Woodlands Plumbing and Air. They are now my go to company for Plumbing and if I need my AC units looked at they will be my first call next time. “Ray Jr came in and wasted no time coming in and getting down to the problem with my AC drain line. He had a proposed solution within minutes. He was going to plan to come the next day for the repair. When I mentioned that it would be better if we could get it repaired the same day, he immediately got on the phone and got someone to gather the parts and head this way. It was a great interaction with the company as a whole and Ray Jr individually.”

“Woodlands Plumbing and Air specialist Glenn O came to our home 6/18/2026 for a Spring Air check. He was very courteous and professional in servicing our unit. He was very concerned when he discovered mold on the condenser unit on the inside of our home. He showed us pictures and then gave us options to fix and combat the problem. We opted to install a single UV Light to controll the problem of any future mold. In addition he cleaned the condenser unit and installed the UV Light system the same day of service. I feel our home is better protected with the help and professionalism Glenn provided us . I would recommend his services and we will request him for future assistance.”
