“It’s too bad I can’t post a negative star… Had a service tech come out who was supposed to only add coolant to my aged system. Wasn’t supposed to enter my home but only add it the outside condenser. Asked my daughter to let him in then proceeded to break off the drain to the inside unit which we did not discover until water was dripping from my ceiling… Called and complained, promised to fixed what was damaged and after multiple calls and more promises- nothing now after 3 years.”
