Ochoa Electric

Ochoa Electric works as a local electrician based in Imperial Beach, TX and focuses on both residential and commercial electrical needs. They have built trust over more than twenty years by showing up for jobs that range from simple fixes to full system updates. Imperial Beach experiences long hot summers that push air conditioning units and other appliances to run nonstop which often overloads older wiring and panels in homes. Homeowners here face frequent breaker trips and the need for reliable power during peak heat when any outage can quickly turn uncomfortable or unsafe. The company handles these everyday demands without unnecessary delays or complications that add to the stress.

They install electric vehicle chargers along with ceiling fans outlets and wiring replacements electric panels lighting fixtures and emergency rewiring when circuits fail. In practice this means diagnosing a dead panel that no longer supports added loads from new appliances or running fresh wiring to fix outlets that stopped working in kitchens and garages. Commercial clients receive attention on larger lighting and power setups that keep stores or offices operating without shutdowns. Salt air near the coast speeds corrosion on connections so the crew often checks panels and wiring during routine visits to catch issues before they cause outages during the heaviest summer loads. These tasks keep properties functional through the weather patterns common to the area.

Homeowners consistently note fast arrivals when power problems strike without warning along with durable repairs that stand up to constant heat and occasional storms. They also mention straightforward pricing that matches the scope of work and clear updates on timelines so plans do not get disrupted. Electricians who arrive equipped and complete jobs without extra visits earn steady calls from locals dealing with aging infrastructure. DIRT Score 4.5 from 87 reviews on Finds.

“After over a few days of contacting multiple handyman and electricians directly with for whatever reason the job could not be done right away, due to they were booked up , or due to safety concerns with no success. I finally got lucky when I reached out to Electrician Pros office manager Giselle Tuesday who assigned and scheduled me an appointment 9:30-11:30am with Ochoa Electric on Wednesday, and I am very pleased with assistance I received from Ed & Phil who came out , inspected/evaluated what was required to have my old cheap light fan exhaust removed and replaced with my brand new AKDY 30 inch Ducted/Ductless Island Range Hood and quoted me a very reasonable competitive price which I was very happy with, informed me that I had a ducted system that vented to outside of home, and was able have Giselle scheduled the job for the very next day (Thursday). Today Jose and Alvin from Ochoa Electric promptly arrived as promised 9.30am. Both Jose and Alvin were very patient, professional and respectful while providing outstanding customer service going above and beyond ensuring the job was done safely and correctly. They exhibited dedication in every step they took to safely, carefully and meticulously remove the old exhaust fan light which was definitely a safety issue. I am grateful for all their attention to detail, hard work going above and beyond what was requested of them from start to finish of the job even though it was a bit tricky taking til 3:39pm , and eagerly assembled newly purchased range hood, and always keeping the work space organized, neat, and clean. Jose and Alvin are a great team and accommodated all of my requests and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend and use both Electrician Pros and Ochoa Electric services again.”
