“The temperature in my house was warm, and my AC unit was taking forever to cool down, so I scheduled an appointment with Milestone. Ivan was punctual and friendly. He completed the diagnostic test fairly quickly, and he explained everything he did, including video of my system. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an easy fix, but the part was ordered, and Ivan and another technician had my HVAC back to normal within three days. Ivan is a very polite and friendly person. He explained everything that was done, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’m extremely satisfied with Ivan’s work. He is a great representative for Milestone!”

“Dewayne took care of our leaky outdoor faucets, but left a mess on the front stoop and the spigot fittings are not attached to the brick. Even though they operate fine, the foam insulation around the extended pipe to the fitting is kind of loose. This raises two concerns. One is that there’s now an ingress point for insects, etc. and two, will the lack of stability on the fixture cause leaks later?”

“What can I say other than this was by far the best experience with a home repair of any kind. Called at 11:30 and the tech Tre was here by 1. He was definitely someone who knew what he was talking about and had no problems with all my questions. Tre explained everything he was doing it as he was doing it and was able to diagnose and fix the problem pretty quick. All in all I subscribed to their membership program and am very pleased with milestone’s service.”
