Vanguard Electrical Services Llc
Electrician · Irving, TX
About
Vanguard Electrical Services Llc works as an electrician crew based in Irving, Texas. They take on electrical repairs and installations for both homes and businesses throughout the city and nearby spots. In a place like Irving where summer heat pushes air conditioners hard and storms knock out lines, these electricians handle the steady demand for fixing overloaded circuits and restoring power after weather hits. Their focus stays on responding to calls from local property owners who need reliable power fixes without extra layers of hassle. The outfit keeps things straightforward for customers dealing with daily electrical demands in the area.
They send technicians out for service calls such as office surveys and system checks, where one customer noted an initial quick reply to a request but then only one daily email around six in the morning with no further contact until a time was set. Other jobs involve quoting prices for repairs and completing the work on site, with feedback highlighting solid results on those tasks and employees who come across as easy to deal with during visits. The crew tackles common Irving electrical problems like wiring for heavy cooling units or sorting out faults that leave lights and outlets dead, working through each step from the first contact to getting everything running again.
Feedback shows some customers liked the pricing and the way jobs turned out while others pointed to slow follow up on messages and mixed experiences overall, which lines up with lower marks on communication and consistency. Nice interactions with staff stood out in a couple cases as a positive point amid the rest. DIRT Score 2.29 from 17 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I called to request a service for the office i work in. They got back to me in a timely manner. However, the guy who responded to my request would send only a single email a day at around 6AM and wouldnt respond the rest of the day. Finally we agreed on a time for him to come out and survey our office, and he never showed! I tried to reach out to see what happened and STILL no response!”
“This is the best electrical contractor I have every used! Great pricing and quality service!”
“Worst place ever worked.”
“Super nice employees”
“Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding one of your employees’ driving behavior. On Friday, April 17th, while traveling on Campbell Road toward the George Bush Turnpike around 5:00 PM, I was driving at the posted speed limit due to heavy traffic. During this time, your driver was following extremely closely—at points, I could not see their headlights in my rearview mirror. The vehicle in question was a white Nissan NV. The driver appeared to be a male in his mid-50s with longer grayish hair. The license plate was FLK 1232. This type of driving is not only unsafe, but it also reflects poorly on your company. I would expect anyone representing your business to operate in a professional and responsible manner, both on and off the road. I strongly encourage you to address this issue, as it poses a safety risk to others in the community and to your company’s reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
