“I called to request a service for the office i work in. They got back to me in a timely manner. However, the guy who responded to my request would send only a single email a day at around 6AM and wouldnt respond the rest of the day. Finally we agreed on a time for him to come out and survey our office, and he never showed! I tried to reach out to see what happened and STILL no response!”

The driver appeared to be a male in his mid-50s with longer grayish hair. The license plate was FLK 1232. This type of driving is not only unsafe, but it also reflects poorly on your company. I would expect anyone representing your business to operate in a professional and responsible manner, both on and off the road.
