“We just had a harrowing experience with our breaker box which is in our basement. Something shorted out and caused a system failure and also started a small fire in the box. Once I knew the fire was out, I started googling electrical companies to see if I could get someone to come out on a Saturday afternoon and fix the problem. Owens Electric actually had someone on call to answer the phone. Gabe was very professional and said as soon as he could locate one of his electricians he would get someone headed our way. It took only about an hour and two crew members were at our door. They were also very courteous and friendly. After introductions were made I took them to the basement to show them the problem. While I had been waiting I had removed the cover panel to make sure that there was not”

“The two men who came to my home and did the installation of an outlet for the outside of my house were AWESOME!!! Ugh! I wish I had got their names!! They answered all my questions and they explained to me what they were doing. They also worked on my ceiling fan which is pretty high up. He retired it a couple of ways to try to satisfy me, but at the end of the day we realized it was best just to get another fan. I did ask about the price of my service before they started and they assured me it wouldn't be much, but after receiving my invoice, to me it was. I talked to a couple of people who thought the price was reasonable, and due to me bragging about how well their customer service was, why not pay??? So I did and I do plan to use them in the future and I have already recommended them to”

“Not the best experience. Customer service was ok. There was miscommunication between what the technician told me vs what the technician told their receptionist which resulted in the technician making an empty trip to my home. No work was done, but I was charged $150 for this empty trip. After some discussion with them, they did try to make it right by applying the $150 towards the total bill if they were to come back and actually complete the service that I originally requested. Yet after all that had transpired thus far, I felt that it would be best to seek other options.”
