“Haven't had work with them done, but if they run their business the way I was taken care of, this is an amazing team. My engine splash shield has been ziptied to my car for a couple weeks and today they snapped with the wind. I had no other choice than to continue driving and either hope it held on till I got to where I was going or hope it fell off and didnt damage my car or someone else's. Thankfully, one of the mechanics on this team passed me and stopped with me to ask if there was anything he could do for me. After just asking if he had any zipties I could use, he asked to take a look to see if there was anything else he could do. He ended up taking the splash shield off (I was not able to do myself) and putting it in my trunk so I could drive home safely. While I dont know his name, ”

“Had a heating unit go out on the coldest day of the year. Richard with Williams Mechanical came out and restored heating temporarily until a new unit could be installed the very next morning. Very professional and some of the most prompt service I have received.”

“Horrible people slandered me and my 73 year old mother to a 3rd party (recorded) after damaging our system and not fixing it but spent time instead backstabbing us and I have audio of it so please sue me I can’t wait! You people should be ashamed setting around laughing about 73 year old woman’s problem instead of trying to help, it’s disgusting! And probably criminal. Sorry excuses of human and no professionalism whatsoever!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Williams Mechanical Services. I have spent two years with other companies having the same issues every summer with my air conditioning and would just get the same routine service of charging the unit and cleaning it out. This year I switched to WMS. They have been prompt each time I have called. They are thorough and send me pictures of the issues. I have had a couple issues this year but each time they have dug in to find they exact problems and not just give me a routine run down every time. They have been polite and updated me every step of the way. Top notch!”

“Payton and Jessie were Very professional great with time management. Their knowledge is outstanding I would recommend them to anyone!! We had something blocking our pipes in our kitchen at our facility they went even as far as to go get a special tool to remove the block…call them!!!!!”

“A/c unit stopped working on the weekend and Williams was the only place we could get someone out that day to come take a look. Our technician was very kind and got the job done that day and that is the only reason we aren’t giving this review 1 star. We were told the total cost would be about $900 and that was due to the repairs being done after business hours. We agreed because we have 4 young children and couldn’t leave them without air conditioning in the middle of summer. A couple weeks later we receive the bill in the mail and it is $1,600. I understand that the cost could have been a little higher because he said about but $700 higher is no where close.”
