“Will Call used to be efficient and well organized, but recently the service has declined. The current staff does not manage customers properly, causing long waits without even checking in orders. The area is disorganized, and you can spend hours waiting. Very poor service.”

The customer service at the front desk is extremely poor—staff are unfriendly, never greet customers, and completely ignore you even when you’re standing right in front of them waiting for help. What’s even more frustrating is the wait time. It took literally three hours just to go through the entire process of receiving electrical supplies. There is no sense of urgency, no communication, and no respect for customers’ time. This place seriously needs to improve both its customer service and efficiency. I would not recommend it.”

I submit delivery appt request thru their online portal and sometimes wait for days to get a response with appt date / time. Last week I requested a delivery appt 3 days prior for Friday morning, and I received confirmation for the Friday delivery on Thursday @ 5:03pm... Well, needless to say we weren't able to get the truck loaded with the material after closing time the day before delivery.”
